Onions
4 Tablespoons of butter plus 2-3 Tablespoons for top
¼ Cup of flour
2 Cups of Milk
1 Sleeve of Butter Crackers
Step 1:
Slice Onions
Step 2:
Boil onions until desired consistency
Step 3:
Drain onions and let it sit in strainer
Step 4:
Melt the butter in a sauce pan
Step 5:
Add the flour and cook on low for 3-5 minutes
Step 6:
Slowly add in the milk until desired consistency
Step 7:
Place onions in baking dish and pour milk mixture over and combine
Step 8:
Top with crushed crackers and small cubed butter
Step 9:
Bake at 350° until golden brown and bubbly
